Sean at Wedgeworth just came out to our home on Saturday (1-4-14) to repair our water heater.  We've been out of hot water since Monday before New Year's and have been struggling since that time to get help on our particular brand of water heater.  Sean came out, had the parts, and fixed us up on a Saturday afternoon in under an hour.  If you have a plumbing issue in the Houston area, I highly recommend you give Sean a call at Wedgeworth.

I described what I needed (faucets replaced, toilet flush mechanism repaired, additional bath sink repaired) he thought about it, gave me a quote that was fair, arrived promptly, did quality work in a timely manner, cleaned up as he went and charged me exactly what he said he would. Highly recommend him.

Often times in life you find yourself in need of assistance and sometimes you are not able to get the help you need, in this case John went out of his way to help direct the situation to much better position while going between jobs. He truly went above and beyond!!

My bathtub was backed up and my toilet was leaking so I had an emergency situation. I called two companies before Plumbco. One did not answer and the other one was booked until Monday. My boyfriend called Plumbco and they were able to squeeze us in! They were very quick and efficient and found the problem instantly! Would definitely call again, but hopefully won't need to!

I woke up at 3am and saw that I had a water leak. It turned out to be my Hot water line. I turned off the water and later in the morning I call a different plumbing company and they came out and wanted $1500 and THEN charge more to replace the drywall they cut out. I was referred to Right Choice Plumbing and called them and they took great care of my plumbing. I called him at close to 5pm fully  expecting to be told they can't come out until the next day. When I told him it was the hot water line he came out that night and fixed it within no time. I will not call the big plumbing company that takes full advantage of people, instead I will call Right Choice Plumbing. They absolutely live up to their business name!!!  Thank you so much for your help.

I called Kim yesterday and today my leaky bathtub faucet was fixed. Kim is the owner and he responded quickly and was professional during the repair process. He was able to work with me in my timetable and did a great job. He left my home with no mess at all.  Highly recommend!

We are EXTREMELY happy with the work that Hugo did for us. He installed an outdoor awning and overhead garage storage for us in one afternoon. He made sure to involve us in all the set up specifications (how deep for the storage, what angle for the awning, etc.)

I contacted Robert for a water heater leak for an estimate. I had other estimates and his was definitely the most reasonable. On Christmas Eve I was made to wait at home the entire night on a promise that they were working late (I called multiple times to assure that I was being covered that night) , Only to be told via automatic text that I had been pushed back to Christmas Day . I missed a yearly gathering with my family so I could get my pipes fixed last night , I refuse to wait around all of Christmas Day on a maybe at best . Thanks for nothing y'all !!! ( Rescheduled at 10:18 pm after waiting since 6 pm )

Horrible service. We had an appointment twice for them to come and re-pipe the home
First appointment on March 29 no call no show. After tracking them down they said I could not do the job until the following Friday.
We wanted to cancel but they assured me 100% they will be here on following Friday. The Plumber even came in and Survey that house.On Friday Once again No call no show. When I called the receptionist transferred me to Mark who was extremely rude and told me they're not coming because the house does not belong to us. Refused to explain
This is totally ridiculous especially since we have lived in on this house for over 35 years. This company does not have the common decency to communicate with their customers especially after the Houston freeze! Because we have counted on their services we are now going to be without water for months to come
An absolute nightmare of a company!

We've been having trouble with our a/c drainage and Alex was a big help. Throughout the service he was personable and informative, taking his time to listen to our issues and answer any questions or concerns we had. Alex flushed our system, made some changes to our piping to help make maintenance easier in the future, and even took a peek at our water heater to make sure things were okay. We're very happy with his service and the price.

Contacted this establishment on 2/6/23 for someone to come out to my home to service a leak that was detected by the city of League City. My appointment was scheduled for 2/7/24 between 9am-10am. I received a call from Chris on 2/7 asking to push back our appointment due to being on another job so I agreed to 4pm. At 6pm, I received a call from Chris stating a tool was left behind at the previous job and he needed to reschedule. Super inconvenient considering I took off from work to be present for my appointment and as a teacher, we are not given many days to request off per school year. Needless to say I will not recommend this company to anybody.

Stolen Credit Card.....I live in Southern California. My rental property is in Montgomery, Tx...Saturday, February 20 called JD Precision to fix water leak in garage. They were able to come out..put flex tape as leak was small, charged $155. Said he didn't have the pipe to replace. Will return and not charge another service call.
Gave CC over phone..today, February 22nd , my CC was used in Texas fast food restaurant!! $28 charge at  Salata, fast food restaurant, in Kingwood,  TX.
Had to cancel my CC, block any further charges. Left message for owner. Jerry. I will update this review when I get a response from him.

We are so pleased with Alliance Plumbing! Matt was prompt and professional. He took time to explain our options for the hot water heater. Once we made our decision, he completed the project thoroughly with great attention to detail. This is the second time we have used Alliance and will definitely recommend them (and Matt) to others. They contract with homserve. I tell them the stem is leaking and when I turn the kitchen faucet and bathtub faucet to hot water the pressure drops drastically. I walked Josue over to the bathroom and turned the faucet on in the tub. The stem leaked and when I turned it all the way to hot the pressure dropped. He says it's the interior plumbing that needs to be replaced because Houston has hard water and all of the minerals (which he started naming like magnesium and phosphorus) mixing with the hot water causes scaling. I have interior coverage with home serve and it is covered (scaling over time can cause a complete blockage)
per home serves interior coverage copied straight from their contract if you put in 77029 as the area code.

have sole responsibility, which is damaged due to normal wear and tear:
* The partially or permanently blocked or leaking System pipes that carry

Like I said I turn the tub faucet on along with the bathroom sink on so he can see the dramatic difference. He says that the interior plumbing needs to be replaced. A lot of older homes have galvanized pipes and over time scaling happens. Josue says let me go out to my van and speak with homserve to try and get it covered.  Home serve calls me and says that the valve is a fixture, and it isn't covered. I'm like huh (the girl with home serve is named Nika and she had a very bad attitude) I said we didn't talk about him replacing the valve. I said the stem was leaking and he said the interior pipes needs to be replaced. She then states that he didn't say anything about the interior pipes. Josue is still sitting in his van. At this point I have an extra device and I am recording this entire conversation because I knew it was going to be some BS and if you are wondering Texas has a one-party law and I consented to being recorded, look it up!

I asked him did he tell her about the interior plumbing needing to be replaced. He said yeah I mentioned it but like I told you home serve won't cover it because you still have pretty good pressure. the only time I have seen them cover it is when there was a complete blockage. then Nika says that there has to be below 30psi in two or more fixtures open in order for it to be considered low water pressure. She said that my water pressure is measuring 50 psi with two or more fixtures open and that's why home serve is not covering.  I asked her how she knew it was 50 psi when he never gauged the water. I had to go outside an ask him to gauge the water.

I kid you not I am being told two different things from Josue who has totally changed his story and Nika the idiot with a bad attitude.   He never checks the pressure in my home. I tell him to come back inside and check the pressure. he says ok ill come back in and check the pressure. He never comes back in. I start recording him sitting in his freakin van. I go back outside cause home serve tries to call me again. I answer it but don't hear anything then they hang up and don't try to call again. Like I said I am recording. I go ask him what is he doing because he never came back in the house, and he never gauged the water pressure. he says yes, I did I have the pictures. I said show me. he placed a gauge on the outside valve infront of my home and says that it is registering 60 psi. When I checked my audio recording Nika said my psi was registering 50 now Josue says its 60.  I asked him why he didn't gauge the pressure in my actual home on one of the fixtures because that's what Nika said.

There is a character limit on this, but I have Nika and Josue on recording. Very unprofessional, bad business on home serve and Texas Quality Plumbing. This business can contact me if they want to listen to the audio. Josue didn't check any of the fixtures in the house. I turned the water on in the shower and the bathroom faucet. that's as far as his inspection went. I called homeserve to let them know they are sending out another plumber.  i dont think I can attach the audio but I would if I could. I took video of him sitting in his van which what he basically got paid to do but not sure if i can post that either

Beware they are all fluff. Plumber came to fix a broken pipe which seemed fair but then he turned the water on with all my faucets off and the pressure broke more pipes in 5 other places. He acted like he needed to get to another appointment and quickly left. I was cleaning up water that was dripping from the dining room ceiling and heard this crash. My hallway ceiling fell down. Which I know now why he got out of there so fast. The Only thing I can think of why this happened it was done on purpose to make over $2000 for pipies their plumber broke. They also took me on a dishwasher hose for $249 when I had it there and don't even know if the dish washer worked as the electric or water was not turned on with the City at that time.
I had to contact them about the damages as their plumber did not even let them know what happened. A rude plumbing manager came out to see damage after about 2wks  ( I was sick for about a week in this time so it put things on hold during that time. ) The Plumbing manager also had to tighten a pipe under the sink the plumber left loose so it was dripping before the plumbing manager came out. The plumbing manager was supposed to call the same afternoon to set up his contractor to come fix the damages. He did not. He finally called a few days later and said their contractor is booked up so they wanted to trade the cost of the damage their plumber did to my pipes for the repair of the ceiling. I have been trying to TEXT their number on their website and they won't respond and now it has been a month.  They should have had my ceiling repaired in days and a water remediation out immeidately.
